Cancellation of a monthly subscriptionIf a user wants to cancel his/her monthly subscription to a YummyGames.com game package offer, the cancellation must be carried out a minimum of 48 hrs before the user’s subscription payment date in order to be effectively cancelled for that current month. This is to ensure that the cancellation takes effect prior to the bank charging payment for a given month. If the User cancels his/her subscription less than 48 hrs before their monthly payment date, the cancellation may not take effect until the following month, at the end of which the cancellation will take effect.
Cancellation of a yearly subscriptionIf a user wants to cancel his/her annual subscription to a YummyGames.com game package offer, the cancellation must be carried out a minimum of 48 hrs before the user’s subscription payment date in order to be effectively cancelled for that current month. This is to ensure that the cancellation takes effect prior to the bank charging payment for a given year. If the User cancels his/her subscription less than 48 hrs before their anniversary payment date, the cancellation may not take effect immediately. If a user cancels an annual subscription before the end of their annual term, the user’s refund will be prorated. The refund amount will be based on the amount of time already consumed (prorated on the monthly rate of $7.95). Meaning – if a user cancels at the 6 month mark the user will have in effect had 6 months at $7.95 for a total of $47.70. Therefore the refund amount will be $12.30 ($60.00 - $47.70 = $12.30).
